Introduction
Office " Al Ansari Center Engineering & Consulting " Jubail King Abdullah Street St. from Medina Street, Tel 033630808, fax 0336360707, 214 PO Box 31951 Jubail, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia. Office was inaugurated in May 2004 license practicing electrical engineering after two years of hard work , has been studying the project in addition to disciplinary architectural and civil "construction" and the work area to become a centre for engineering consultancy.

Our Vision
Al Ansari, where the center is currently consulting engineering design and supervision of the many different projects in the region has contributed Sections of existing office to increase production engineering and increase the effectiveness of cooperation with customers to provide consulting engineering services where our ability for the implementation of mega projects engineered by international standards, and that detailed engineering work schemes using software in engineering design, construction and land surveying programmers and programs of modern electrical, mechanical and micro-machinery and engineering control. This qualifies them for the detailed engineering work.
Work Procedures
- Understanding the initial idea of the design directly
- After accepting the sketch; starting executing first phase which consist of various survey, furniture's plan and Architectural elevation.
- Making three dimensional focuses for the building and colorful survey using photoshop software.
- Obtaining Municipality approval or any other concern department for first phase design
- Obtaining concern governmental approval
- Prepare final drawings, includes Architectural, construction, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary drawings and quantity survey.

Answer:
1- Design: it is an associated work whereas all engineers work as a team:
The architects' crews make the initial designs as per customer's requirements, and coordinate with other engineering departments.
2- Each engineering department (electrical, Mechanicaletc) will make its drawings and while doing so, coordination with other departments is a must.
Consultancy:
The ability to execute complicated and difficult projects.
The ability to provide complete and practical engineering solutions.
The ability to solving all engineering's disputes.
Supervising:
Our staffs are able to:
Follow up the execution of engineering projects, construction and architectural .

Contract Terms
- Make file for the client includes
- civil identification card,true copy for land ownership and make copy
- Customer's address and telephones numbers
- Prepare agreement for design drawings
- Committing all contract's items and signing up
- Assign monotheist number for the project and - should be used on all drawings
- In case of commercial buildings, construction supervising contract obligate from the Municipality.
- In case of private buildings, construction supervising contract not obligate from Municipality.
